Collaborative accountability for co-founders and remote teams

You trust each other. You just need a weekly handshake. Carpool gives every teammate a few clear commitments for the week, visible to everyone, without daily standups or sprawling ticket boards.

30-day free trial. Card required for team seats; nothing is charged during the trial.

    What is Carpool?

Carpool is Rumblestrip's team plan for 2 to 8 people. Each teammate plans a few goals for the week, the whole team can see them, goals can be shifted to a teammate when priorities change, and the team closes the week together. It costs $9 per seat per month after a 30-day free trial.

Trade status meetings for a weekly handshake

    Without Carpool

    • Standup threads in chat that nobody reads
    • Awkward "did you get to that yet?" check-ins
    • Big ideas lost in a 200-ticket backlog
    • Goals quietly dying when someone gets pulled away

    With Carpool

    • Each person's 3 to 5 weekly commitments, visible at a glance
    • Progress anyone can see, so nobody has to chase
    • A Shared Unscheduled list that holds ideas until the week is ready
    • Goal Shifting hands work to a teammate openly, mid-week

    How a team Carpool works

    1. 1

      Pick your rhythm together

The Designated Driver sets the team's weekly start day so everyone plans and closes the week on the same schedule.

    2. 2

Commit to a few goals each

Every teammate chooses the handful of goals that actually move things forward this week.

    3. 3

      Shift when priorities pivot

Customer fire? Outage? Shift a goal to a teammate instead of letting it quietly slip.

    4. 4

Close the week as a team

Finish together, build a Team Streak, and roll anything unfinished forward as a Detour.

    Built for peers, not managers

    Shared Unscheduled

One quiet staging area for team ideas, so the active week stays focused.

    Goal Shifting

Pass a goal to a teammate with context intact when someone gets overloaded.

    Designated Driver

One person keeps the schedule and the team aligned on a shared start day.

    Team Streak

Shared momentum for weeks the whole team finishes strong.

    Goal templates

Reuse the recurring goals your team sets every week.

    No surveillance

No keystroke logging, screen time, or activity heatmaps. Just commitments between equals.

    Simple per-seat pricing

    $9/seat/month

Add or remove seats as the team changes. The first 30 days are free; a card is required at signup because seats are billed per person.

    Who Carpool is for

    • Co-founders who want to know what each other is working on without another meeting
    • Remote and async teams across time zones
    • Small studios, agencies, and startup crews of 2 to 8 people
    • Teams that already use a project tool but still lose track of the week

Not for managers who want to monitor employees, or teams that need a full ticketing system.

    Team accountability questions

Is Rumblestrip a good fit for co-founders and small remote teams?

Yes. Carpool is built for 2 to 8 people who trust each other but need a weekly handshake: each person commits to a few goals, everyone can see them, and goals can be shifted to a teammate when priorities change.

How is Carpool different from Jira, Asana, or Trello?

Those tools track every task. Carpool tracks only the few commitments each person makes for the week, so the team stays aligned on what matters without ticket bloat or daily standups. Many teams use both.

Can my teammates see everything about my goals?

No. Teammates see the goals you commit to for the week and whether they are done. Rumblestrip never tracks keystrokes, screen time, or app activity, and external work links stay private to you.

    How much does Carpool cost?

$9 per seat per month after a 30-day free trial. A card is required at signup because seats are billed per person, but nothing is charged during the trial.

What happens when someone misses a goal?

Nothing punitive. The goal becomes a Detour and rolls into next week with its context intact, or it can be shifted to a teammate.

How do we add or remove teammates?

The Designated Driver invites teammates by email and can add or remove seats as the team changes. Billing adjusts to the number of seats.
