    For recovery coaches & partners

Structure is the through-line of recovery.

Rumblestrip gives your clients a simple weekly rhythm — and gives you a private, respectful window into how their week is going between sessions.

    One roster, real signals

See invite status, weekly completion, and last-active at a glance — plus a per-client detail view with invite expiry and connection history.

    Privacy-first by default

Clients invited by a coach get Quiet Enablement settings on and support resources pinned in the sidebar.

    Recovery goal templates

A curated starter library covering meetings, routine, health, service, relationships, and employment.

    How the pilot works

Four steps from application to a client roster you can actually read on Monday morning.

    1. 1

      Apply

Tell us about your practice and how you'd use weekly tracking with clients. We review every application by hand to keep the pilot small and useful.

    2. 2

      Invite your clients

Send up to 25 email invites at a time with a personal note. Clients who don't have an account yet get a signup link; invites expire after 30 days.

    3. 3

      Watch the week take shape

Clients set goals for their own week — with a start day that fits their life, not the calendar's. Your roster reflects their progress as it happens.

    4. 4

      Use it in session

Open the roster before a session and see who finished their week, who is still pending, and who has gone quiet. Ask better questions with less guesswork.

What you see, what they see

Visibility is deliberately asymmetric. You get signal about the shape of the week. Your client keeps the contents of it.

    The coach sees

    Signals, not surveillance

    • Weekly completion — goals done out of goals set
    • Goal titles, when the client shares them
    • Last-active date
    • Invite status, expiry, and connection history per client
    • A CSV export of everything above

    The coach does not see

Unless the client explicitly shares it

    • Goal descriptions, notes, and attached links
    • Stretch goals, ever
    • Reflections written on a detoured week
    • Profile details hidden by privacy preferences
    • Anything from before the invite was accepted

Clients can flip any sharing toggle or disconnect a coach at any time — every change is logged for them and notifies them in-app — and Rumblestrip is not a clinical record system — it holds no treatment data and never replaces professional care.
